She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur A. Nichols; her parents, Jimmie Kesler and Milam Wendell Slice of Chapin; and her siblings, John Henry Slice, Claude Slice, Mary Slice Derrick and Helen Slice Kempson.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Nichols (Penney), Johnny Nichols (Tammy) and Ann Spotts (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Alan Nichols, Benjamin Nichols, Christina Holcombe, Johnathan Nichols and Zach Spotts.
