He was predeceased by: his parents, Baylous Walker Norris Sr. and Edith Pricilla Looney Norris. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ann Lance Norris; his children, Tina Dacus, Becky Blackwell (Wayne) and Michael Norris (Dana); and his siblings, Pete Norris (Jenny) and Josephine Merck. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
