It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Hendrix (Central, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Elle-Ree Leopard; her children, Donnie Hendrix of LaFrance, Nancy Nimmons (Sam) of Pendleton and Vickie Burdette (Jimmy Head) of Central; her sister Lois Brock of Anderson; her grandchildren, Mandy Harrell of Anderson, Krystal Burdette of Central, Bobby Burdette of Central, Angela Wilson of LaFrance, Mark Hendrix of Anderson and Betty Hendrix of Fayetteville, NC; her mother Ruth; her husband Bill Edward Hendrix; her son Mitchell Clark Hendrix; her grandson Jerry Nimmons; and her brothers, Joe Leopard, Kenneth Leopard and Roger Leopard. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
