He is survived by: his parent Willard Dewey Higgins; his spouse Rosemary Zwickl Higgins; his children, Missy Lark (Don) of Inman, Kenny Higgins (Christy) of Landrum, Bryan Higgins (Amber) of Wellfleet, NE and Travis Higgins (Taylor); his siblings, Brenda Kimmons of Inman and Bennie Higgins of Stephenville, TX; his grandchildren, Phillip Lark, Caroline Lark, Josh Higgins (Kelsey), Jenna Higgins, Jordan Higgins, Cameron Berliner, Brody Berliner, Cole Higgins and Charlotte Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Higgins and Westlyn Higgins.
