He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Pendarvis (Wesley), Samantha Osborne (Morgan Sanders) and Kimberly Cisneros (Jay); his grandchildren, Brandon, Preston, Caitlyn, Tyler, McKaela, Breanna, Kaitlyn and Jayden; and his sisters, Donna Cook (Greg) and Mary Smith (Lee). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
