It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlyle L Blackmon (Branchville, South Carolina), who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Meri Fletcher Blackmon; his stepdaughter Ann McIntosh-Hill; and his stepgrandchildren, Mary Kathryn Hill (Katy) and Tanner Reed Craps. He is also survived by his family and friends.
