He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. and Julia (Tyburc). He is survived by: his wife Diane Gruntkosky (Turcotte); his son Brad Dzierzak (Leigh); his grandchildren, Macyn and Preston; his son Patrick Dzierzak (Erin); his grandchildren, John and Ryan; his son Jeff Dzierzak; his siblings, Lorraine Albiero, Theresa Diorio, Victor Dzierzak Patricia (Priscilla), Joann Newman Raymond (Henry) and Robert "Butch" Dzierzak (Debbie); his stepchildren, Jason Gruntkosky and Toby Gruntkosky (Lisa); and his brother-in-law Dean Turcotte (Annette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
