He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith Mincey; his children, Terri Lynn Purvis, Lou Alford Mincey, Tammie Marie Lewis and Steven Ray Lewis; his siblings, John Bennett (Kathy) and Letha Hall (James); and his stepbrother Larry Bowling. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
