She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha P. Young and Charles E. Young. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Welter of West Chester, PA and Linda Jacksta of Bluffton, S. C.; her grandchildren, Andrew, Alexander Welter, Robert and Christina Jacksta; and her husband Chuck.
