She was predeceased by: her father Allen Dewey Hiott; and her sons, Frank G. Toomer, Jr. of Bluffton, SC and Joseph N. Bailey of High Point, NC.. She is survived by: her grandsons, Jeff Toomer (Allyson), Kemp Toomer (Christi) of Reidsville, GA and Lamar "Skip" Toomer (Tina) of Bluffton, SC; her great grandchildren, Reilly Lancaster (Acton), Logan Toomer, Ansleigh Toomer, Tristan Toomer, Camden Toomer, Luke Toomer and Jack Toomer; and her great great grandchildren, Aurora Lancaster, Cal Lancaster and Eloise Lancaster.
