He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Allen McArdle; his daughter Kimberly M Wickre; his son-in-law Glenn M Wickre; his granddaughter R. Farley Wickre (Matthew J. Fecas); and his siblings, Chris Thornburg of Norfolk, Virginia, Julia Fifield (Rick) of Pinehurst, Janet Linger (Richard) of Bedford and Kathy Colvin (Gary). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and their children.
