He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Edward and Francis Dean Butler; his wife Phyllis Sue English; his sons, Jack Howard Jr. (Katherine) of Oklahoma, Jeffrey Howard (Lori) of Ohio and Johnathan Howard (Jennifer) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Nina Sexton (Andy), Jack Howard III (Christian), Ruston Howard, Parker Howard, Zackrey Howard, Greyson Howard, Presley Howard, Nick Walley and Caleb Walley; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Kanon, Kade Sexton, Palmer and Kennedy Howard.
