She is survived by: her husband Ronald King Shields; her children, Christina Thompson (Sloan) of Bluffton, SC and Jason Shields (Kristi) of Auburn, GA; her grandchildren, Amelia Thompson, Davis and Carter Shields; and her brother Robert Burrell (Brenda) of Marietta, GA..
