Emelie Rose Costolo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 98, Emelie Rose Costolo of Bluffton, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleane G. Doerfler (Cooper) and Gustave A. Doerfler; her sister Virginia A. McCormick; and her son Herbert L. Costolo III. She is survived by: her husband Herbert L. Costolo, Jr.; her sons, John W. Costolo and Ronald E. Costolo; her daughter-in-law Lisa E. Costolo; and her brother Gustave W. Doerfler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be considered to one of their two churches (Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, Northmont United Presbyterian Church), or to a favorite charity of choice, in Emelie's name.
