It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Merrow of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Saint Ignace, Michigan, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney McCuan and Ollie McCuan (Stoll); her husband Dossie Merrow; her grandson Michael Dow; her sister Maxine; and her siblings-in-law, James Thompson, Gloria McCuan, Robert and Minne Merrow.
She is survived by: her friend Betty; her daughters, Betty, Diane Merrow (Dennis Dull) of Bluffton, SC and Sharron Mann (Doug) of Islamorada, FL; her grandchildren, Tasha McNerney, Matthew Dow, Christina Covell, Michelle Lape, Marie Dow, Aubrey Dull and Nathan Dull; her great grandchildren, Katelin Dow, Olivia Dow, Sabrina Dow, Kyle Bixby, Briana Bixby, Oliver McNerney, Alisyn Dow, Noah Dow, Baron Covell, Coral Covell, Brooke-Lynn Kirsch, Grace Lape and Lydia Lape; her great great grandchild Jupiter Milliron; and her brother Billie McCuan of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
