He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Blackstone and Linda Bridges Blackstone; and his siblings, Joey Blackstone (Lisa), Bryan Daves and Angela Blackstone Culbertson. He is also survived by one niece, four nephews, three great-nieces, and two great-nephews.
