She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Brackett and Bedie Hudson Brackett; her spouse Jimmie Jesse Chapman; her siblings, Toby, Randy, J. C. Brackett, Selma Faircloth and Barbara Ann Brackett; and her son-in-law Bryan Widener.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Widener and Sandra Wilson (Keith). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
