He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Daniel "Tommy" Welch, Jr.; and his sister Donna Welch. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Branham (Daniel); his siblings, Calvin Welch (Melissa), Larry Welch (Jackie), Terry Welch and Teresa Elmore (Joe); and his grandchildren, Leighanna Branham and Cruz Branham.
