He is survived by: his stepdaughter Penny McKenzie Hall of Lamar, SC; his grandchildren, Cindy Taylor (Brent) of Manning, SC and Jerry Newton Hall of Lamar, SC; his great grandchild McKenzie Taylor of Manning, SC; and his son Ernie Bell.
