She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Willie Dennis; and her half-brother Kent Dennis. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Juanita Smith; her daughters, Faith McIntosh and Gabrielle McIntosh; her sister Amanda Dennis (Jamie Downing); and her stepson Kevin Hamilton.
