She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Lloyd; her children, Palmer, Antonie Ashe and Stephanie Ashe Shepherd; her brothers, Melvin Lloyd and Jerome Matthews; and her daughter-in-law Rosetta Ashe.
She is survived by: her mother Verlie Dizzley Lloyd of New York, NY; her husband Danny Sinclair; her children, Kisha Ashe-Sumlin (Eddie) of Charlotte, NC and Stanley Ashe (Frances) of Camden, SC; her siblings, Ernestine Lewis of New York, NY, Bernice Walker of Charlotte, NC, Samantha Vaugan of Virginia and Willie Lloyd of Camden, SC; and her children-in-law, Carman Ashe and Rahmal Shepherd. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren.
