He is survived by: his sister Janice Stanton Clarkson; his sons, Robert Allen Stanton II (Carol) of McColl and Ronald Howell Stanton of Bennettsville; his grandchildren, Ben Stanton (Marci), Mary Gibson Stanton Driggers (Eric), Kaylee Stanton, Nicholas Stanton and Michael Stanton; and his great grandchildren, Russell Stanton, Mariella Stanton and Savannah Driggers.
