She was predeceased by: her parents, William Griffin Coleman and Katherine Bowen Coleman; her daughter Pamela McDowell Cook; her close friend Bryan Arnette; and her brother Ronald Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Allen (Mike) of Dillon, Lisa Lovett (Tim) of Bennettsville, Christy McDowell of Latta and Donnie McDowell (Tina) of Dillon; her stepson Timmy; and her sister Daphne Watts of Dillon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dillon County Animal Shelter, 1020 Old Latta Highway, Dillon, SC 29536.
