It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael McDaniel of Beech Island, South Carolina, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin W. McDaniel, Jr.; his daughter Peggy McDaniel; and his brother Dennis McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Diana McDaniel; his children, Lee McDaniel and DeAnna McDaniel; his mother Elaine McDaniel; his stepdaughters, Melanie Purvis, Melinda Purvis, Melissa Usry and Michelle Purvis; his siblings, Nuel McDaniel and Kelleen Thomas; his grandchildren, Aliece of Tripp, J. C., Victoria and Samuel; his stepgrandchildren, Justen, Mandee, Hailey, Olivia of Ariana, P. J, Evan, Destiny, Mariah and Lexi; and his great grandchild Connor Humphrey.
