She is survived by: her children, Lisa R. Dyches, Rodney Adam Dyches, Katina Dyches Hastings (Mike) and James Byrnes Dyches, Jr.; her grandchildren, Marsha, Joey, Dwayne, Emily, John, April and James, III; and her brothers, Edwin Schumpert, Jr. and Donald Jessie Schumpert (Mona). She is also survived by her 17 great-grandchildren; her 8 great-great grandchildren.
