He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Crosby, Jr. and Shirley Lane Crosby. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Crosby, II, Ryan Crosby, Haley Crosby, Shawna Laluk and Grace Crosby; and his siblings, Randy Crosby, Mark Crosby, Cathy Crosby, Tammy Appleby and Connie Crosby. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
