He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Puckett (Tara), Charles Puckett, Nicholas Puckett (April), Michael Puckett (Kristin) and Catherine "Katie" Puckett (Billy Mack, Jr.); and his stepdaughter Jennifer "Becky" Oswald (Micheal). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
