It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue H. Shealy of Batesburg, South Carolina, born in Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Colie Blease Hartley and Sarah Bell Smith Hartley; and her husband George C. Shealy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Pilot Hunter (Randy), Byron Gunter, Beverly G. Head (Anthony) and Larry Shealy; her daughter-in-law Jackie Shealy; and her close friend Theron J. Smith. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
