She was predeceased by: her parents, George Elbert Taylor, Sr. and Eva Mae Gantt. She is survived by: her husband Ed Roberts; her sons, Eddie Roberts, Jr. (Angie) and Scott Roberts (Emily); her siblings, George, Taylor, Jr. (Eloise), Steve Taylor, Marty Taylor (Amber), James Taylor (Randy) and Carole T. Warrington; and her granddaughters, Emma and Anna Roberts. She is also survived by four nephews and two nieces; one great nephew and two Great Nieces.
She enjoyed 26 years in her career with the American Cancer Society.
