She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawson and Girlie Mae Rowe Lawson; her spouse Verbe Temples; and her siblings, Etheleen Puckett, Colie Lawson, Bobby "Cabbage" Lawson, Margaret Lawson, Jackie Lawson and Jerry "Chucky" Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Temples (Alisha), Judy Casey (Deron), Wanda Addy (Danny) and Wallace Temples (Melanie); and her siblings, Curlie, Ted and Norell "Zero" Lawson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
