She is survived by: her children, Michael Hook (Angela) and Cathy Gwynes (Johnny Jr.); her sister Frances Beard; her grandchildren, Jennifer Eavenson (Mike), Dana Reed (John), Johnny Gwynes III (Anthony) and Douglas Hook (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Khloe Reed, Presley Reed and Corran Hook.
