It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Craps Lucas (Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina), who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Craps and Beulah Clamp Craps; and her siblings, Curtis, Richard, Bo, Hoyt, Karl Craps, Carrie Long, Inez Whittle and Geneva Whittle.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Howard (Suzie) and Sammy Howard (Shelba); her great grandchildren, Nickie Moody (Derek), Heather Chavis (Adam), Brandon Reilly, Patrick (Lauren), Colby (Victoria), Rece Howard, Maddison Moody, Troy, Emma Chavis, Logan, Kherington Moody, Scarlett, Canaan and Granger Howard; and her siblings, Charlie (Sharon), Robert (Harriett), David Craps (Jeanette), Mary Alice "Sis" Caughman and Lorraine Craps.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 308 Church Street, Leesville, SC 29070 to the children's activities or the flowers and candle funds.
