He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Bartlette, Sr. and Janie Carlette Weatherly Bartlette; his wife Lanora S. Bartlette; and his sister Sylvia B. Powell. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa O'Dell and Kelly Lybrand (Brad); and his grandchildren, Chase O'Dell (Meg), Arie Catherine O'Dell, Lee Lybrand (Morgan) and Jay Lybrand (Megan).
