He was predeceased by: his siblings, Polly Sanders, Peggy Collins and Danny Collins. He is survived by: his wife Emily Goodwin Collins of Barnwell; his children, Chad Goodwin Collins of Bluffton, SC and Amy Caskey (Guy) of Columbia, SC; his grandchild Boone Edens Caskey; and his brother Benny Collins (Melanie) of Williston, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, any memorial contribution can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
