He is survived by: his children, Timothy Ray, Jr. (Cynthia) of Barnwell, Debbie Benson (Ron) of Baldwin, MI and Tracey Baxley (B. J.) of Barnwell; his brothers, Albert Ray (Patsy), James Ray, Farrell Ray (Barbara), Wayne Ray (Donna), Graham Ray (Rita) and Tony Ray; and his grandchildren, Andrew Ray (Jenna), Benjamin Ray (Summer), Christopher Ray, Josie Ray and Alexandra Bolen. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
