He is survived by: his sons, Ray Lewis (Ashley) of Olar and Lee Lewis of Smoaks; his siblings, Tom Lewis (Janet) of Idaho Falls, Dan Lewis (Linda) of Chester, VA, Jerry Lewis (Glenda) of Orangeburg, James Lewis (Carol) of Reevesville, SC., Doris Irick of Orangeburg, SC, Elsie Fogle (Ozzie) of Orangeburg and Louise Hughes (Mason) of Orangeburg; his grandchildren, Kinsey and Abby Lewis; his brother Donnie; and his sister-in-law Penny Spritzer of Barnwell.
