She was predeceased by: her mother Martha E. Shepard. She is survived by: her children, Marcine Scurlock of Bronx, NY, Patrina Flood, Martrice Scurlock, Steven Sheppard of North Carolina and Richard Eugene Scurlock, Jr. of North Carolina; her siblings, Barbara Patterson, Vivian Thurmond of Barnwell, SC and Richard Williams (Darlene) of Barnwell; and her close friend Sylvester Williams.
Mask and social distancing will be observed at the services and visitation.
