She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Mock and Gladys Ward Mock; her son George Rivers III; and her siblings, Danny, James Mock and Bobbie Dobson.
She is survived by: her husband James Albert Thames of Barnwell; her children, Chris of Barnwell, Nicholas Mock of Barnwell, Pamela Simmons of Hampton, Shannon Rivers of Barnwell and Amy Rivers of Ehrhardt; and her grandchildren, Karen Rivers, Kayla Mock, Clint Mock and Christopher Mock.
