It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Stephen Bailey (Barnwell, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Logan Bailey and Berta Peak Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Belva Bronson Bailey, Sharon Greene Wise (Robbie), Kaye Greene Smith (Don), Anna Fabian, Tom Greene and Johnny Greene (Phyllis); his nieces and nephews, Barbra Bailey Hunter (Michael), Stacey Hogg (Britt), Tracey Proctor (Steven), Brittany Kanagy (David), Susan Croft (Rodney), Diane Holleman (Randy) and Brett Smith (Tanner); and his close friend Libby Abby.
