He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Westmoreland of Barnwell, SC; his children, Dawn Westmoreland Butts (Michael) of North Augusta, SC and J. J. Westmoreland (Laurie) of New Orleans, LA; his granddaughters, Avery and Natalie Westmoreland; his sisters, Nell Ducan (Sammy) and Mary Jo Katz; and his pet Cali.
