He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Wendy Evans Butler (Travis) of Peachtree Corners, GA and Hunter Evans Looper (David) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Tab Butler, Wit Butler, Pace Looper and Patterson Looper; and his sister Nancy Evans Farrell (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
