He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith Jr. and Sadie Ann Pinckney; and his sister Regina Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Robertson Smith; his children, Roshard Smith (Lawanda), Danielle Smith and Dawn Smith; his grandchildren, Madison Smith, Avery Smith, Carter Mayes, Cain Mayes and Tyson Smith; his great grandchild Logan Jones; and his siblings, Henry Smith III (Thelma), Bernadette Durant (Fredrick) and Herbert Leslie Smith (Lorena). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
