He is survived by: his wife Janie Coakley Nelson; his stepchildren, Angela Coakley Behrens and Kenneth Rainey; his grandchildren, Brittney Coakley, Peyton Behrens, Kenneth Rainey, Dominique Coakley and Darell Milligan; his siblings, William Barnwell, Jack Nelson, Mary McAllister, Kathleen Manigault, Lavitha Foy and Leroy Seabrook; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Ulmer, Barbara Coakley and Jackie Coakley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
