She was predeceased by: her husband William Simmons, Sr.; and her daughter Eunice Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Isaiah Simmons (Alice), Leola Simmons, Walter Simmons (Lisa), William Simmons, Jr. (Wilhemina), Leonard Simmons (Diane), Hazel Irving (Isach), Joeann Gadsden, Betty Coaxum, Michael Simmons, Sandra Sanders (Floyd) and Angela Simmons; and her son-in-law Alvin Simmons. She is also survived by grandchildren, relatives and friends.
