He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion J. Letts and Vernon Lewis; his wife Phyllis Lewis; his son Brett Lewis; and his siblings, Audrey Eckart and Robert Letts.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Lewis and Vernon J. Lewis (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher, Mathew, Jessica, Desiree, Sara, Tyler and Samantha.
