She is survived by: her husband Samuel Leroy Smith; her daughters, Monica Smith Murphy (Patrick), Angela Smith Miner (Glenn) and Sabrina Broos (Radim); her grandchildren, Michael (Erin), Kristen, Brandon, Justin, Gavin and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Hemsley and Ashley Jane; and her siblings, Mary Smith and Rev. David Phillips (Linda).
