He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cleveland and Betty Lowe Williams; and his son Jesse Lane Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Williams; his brothers, Keith Williams (Teresa) and Calvin Williams (Carla); his grandchildren, Krystal Green, Silvia Morgan, Kelsey Norris and Marco Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Elijah and Kensley.
