He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Courtney and Eloise Cushman Courtney; and his brother Thomas Courtney. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Tanya Day, Tammy Hagan (Chris), Adam "Bubba" Courtney (Bridget), Orry Courtney (Lydia) and Coty Courtney (Marlie); his grandchildren, Carson Day, Braydon Day, Madison Hagan, Ella Grace Hagan, Ryder Courtney, Ryley Courtney, Kori Courtney and Harper June Courtney; his brothers, Russell Courtney (Lisa) and Marty Courtney; and his parents-in-law, Marion and Edna Eubanks.
