He is survived by: his wife Zorina Eletia Whitaker; his children, Shalisha Haynes (Derrick) and Othniel Whitaker; and his stepchildren, Lorraine Findley, Bobbette Findley and Lyle Findley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
