It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Raphael Kelly of Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joh Raphael and Loretta Roosa Kelly; his children, Susan Kelly of Baltimore, MD, John Kelly of Aiken, Peter Kelly of Richmond, VA and Brian Kelly of Neptune, NJ; and his sisters, Loretta Wilson and Moira Kelly of Kent, CT. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
